Effective and Last Updated: September 1, 2026
This Refund & Digital Delivery Policy applies to digital products purchased from Unfold Creative Studio Ltd. (“Unfold Creative Studio,” “Unfold,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through letitunfold.ca (the “Website”), including AutoCAD dynamic blocks and other digital design resources offered under our UDesign product line.
Because our products are digital and are made available electronically following purchase, different return and refund considerations apply than would ordinarily apply to physical goods.
Please review the applicable product description, technical requirements and this Policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Digital Delivery
All products covered by this Policy are digital products. No physical product will be shipped.
Following successful payment, your purchased digital product will ordinarily be made available automatically through the Website, your customer account, a download link, an order confirmation or another electronic delivery method.
Delivery is considered to have occurred when the purchased digital product has been made available for download or access using the information provided with your order, whether or not you immediately download or open the file.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and other information necessary to complete your purchase and receive order communications.
2. Final Sale of Digital Products
Because digital products provide access to downloadable content and cannot practically be returned in the same manner as physical goods, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the purchased product has been made available for download or access, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Once access has been provided, deciding not to download, open or use the product does not restore eligibility for a refund.
Nothing in this Policy limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
3. Review Product Requirements Before Purchasing
Before completing your purchase, you are responsible for reviewing the applicable product description, file type, software requirements and other technical information provided on the product page.
You are also responsible for ensuring that you have compatible software and sufficient technical knowledge to use the purchased product.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchase of a digital product does not include AutoCAD or other third-party software, installation services, customization, training or ongoing technical support.
A refund will not ordinarily be provided because you do not own or have access to compatible software, use an incompatible software version or lack the technical knowledge required to use the product.
4. Accidental Purchases and Changes of Mind
Refunds are not ordinarily available because a product was purchased accidentally, you changed your mind, you purchased the wrong product, you or your client no longer require the product, or the product is no longer suitable for a particular project.
Please review your cart and the applicable product information carefully before completing payment.
5. Duplicate and Bundle Purchases
Purchasing an individual product that you previously purchased, or purchasing a bundle that includes a product you already own, does not automatically entitle you to a full or partial refund.
You are responsible for reviewing your existing purchases and the contents of a bundle before completing a transaction.
If you believe that a genuine duplicate transaction occurred because of a technical or payment-processing error, please contact us so that we can review the transaction.
6. Download Problems
Difficulty downloading, opening or extracting a file does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
If you experience a download problem, please contact us at info@letitunfold.ca and provide sufficient information for us to identify your purchase and understand the problem.
We will make reasonable efforts to help restore access to the purchased file or determine whether the file itself is defective.
We cannot guarantee that we can resolve problems caused by your internet connection, device, browser, operating system, third-party software, security settings or other systems outside our control.
7. Corrupted, Missing or Incorrect Files
If a purchased digital product is corrupted, materially incomplete, contains a missing file that was represented as included in the purchase, or is supplied in a materially different file type from the product description, please contact us.
Where we confirm a problem with the supplied product, our first remedy will ordinarily be to correct the problem, replace the affected file or provide the correct or missing file.
If we are unable to provide a functioning or materially conforming product within a reasonable period, we may provide an appropriate refund or other remedy.
Nothing in this section restricts remedies that may be required by applicable law.
8. Product Compatibility
Software and technology change over time. Unless expressly represented otherwise on the applicable product page, we do not guarantee that a digital product will be compatible with every software version, operating system, computer configuration or future release of third-party software.
Compatibility information provided on the Website reflects the information reasonably available to us at the time it is published. You are responsible for reviewing stated compatibility requirements before purchase.
9. Refunds Granted by Unfold
Where Unfold determines that a refund is appropriate or is required by law, the refund will ordinarily be issued through the original payment method or payment provider used for the transaction.
Processing times after a refund has been issued may depend on PayPal, your card issuer, financial institution or other payment provider and are outside Unfold’s control. A refund does not grant any continuing right to use the refunded digital product.
If a purchase is refunded, your licence to the refunded product terminates and you must stop using and delete copies of the product in your possession or control.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe that there is a problem with a purchase, we encourage you to contact us so that we have an opportunity to investigate and address the issue.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not grant you a continuing licence to use a digital product for which payment is reversed or refunded. If payment for a digital product is reversed, cancelled, refunded or successfully charged back, the Licence associated with that product terminates unless Unfold confirms otherwise in writing.
Unfold reserves the right to provide relevant transaction, delivery, download and account information to the applicable payment provider where reasonably necessary to respond to a payment dispute, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
11. Relationship to the Digital Product Licence
All digital products remain subject to our Digital Product Licence.
Receiving access to a product grants only the licence described in that document and does not transfer ownership of the underlying digital product or intellectual-property rights. If a refund is issued, any right to continue using the refunded product ends as described in this Policy and the Digital Product Licence.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, Website, business practices or applicable requirements.
The version applicable to a completed purchase will be determined in accordance with applicable law, and changes to this Policy will not retroactively remove rights that cannot lawfully be removed.
