Kleinburg Residence

This basement interior design Toronto project focused on transforming an unfinished space into a complete multi-functional suite. Inspired by New York loft style, we shaped the layout from the early planning stages through to the final details. The result is a space that feels open, layered, and full of character.

The basement now includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and entertainment area. Each zone is clearly defined while still feeling connected within the overall layout. Warm wood tones balance cooler colours and metallic copper finishes. A custom circular wall mural creates a strong focal point, while detailed wainscoting adds depth and texture to the space.

SCOPE OF WORK: Design development and space planning, construction drawings, custom millwork drawings, material estimate calculations, furniture layout, material and finish selections, 3D renderings, custom wallpaper, sourcing and procurement.
