Kleinburg Basement Reno

This basement renovation Kleinburg project focused on transforming an unfinished space into a functional area for the whole family. The goal was to create a layout that supports both play and entertaining. We designed the basement to feel open, organized, and easy to use.

The space includes areas for kids, family gatherings, and everyday use. A kitchenette and bathroom add flexibility and make the basement more practical. Custom herringbone details carry through the design and create a consistent visual element. These details add character while keeping a clean and modern look.

SCOPE OF WORK: Space planning, construction drawings, material estimate calculations, kitchenette design, bathroom design, and feature wall design.
