Vellore Village PHASE 2

This bathroom renovation Toronto project focused on transforming two second-floor bathrooms into more functional and efficient spaces.

Phase 2 of the Vellore Village Residence included a full renovation of the ensuite and main bathroom. We removed the existing layout and rebuilt both spaces to improve flow and usability. The ensuite required a complete footprint change. We reworked the layout to make better use of the available space and create a more comfortable and practical environment.

Material selections and custom millwork helped define a clean and cohesive look across both bathrooms. Each detail supports a consistent design while improving everyday use.

SCOPE OF WORK: Design development and space planning, construction drawings, custom millwork drawings, material and finish selections, furniture layout, colour consultations, custom window treatments, project management, and trade coordination.
