Milton Bungalow
This bungalow renovation Toronto project focused on transforming a newly purchased house into a functional family home. The clients wanted a larger kitchen for entertaining and a layout that feels open and connected. We redesigned the main floor to improve flow and bring more personality into each space.
The kitchen became the central feature of the home. We expanded the space to support both daily use and gatherings, while keeping a clean and organized layout. Each area connects naturally, creating a smooth transition between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Every element of the home was customized to match the clients’ lifestyle. We also developed the basement layout to support future use and maintain consistency throughout the home.
SCOPE OF WORK: Design development and space planning, construction drawings, custom millwork drawings, furniture layout, material and finish selections, designer shopping services, colour consultations, project management, trade coordination, sourcing and procurement, 3D renderings, collaboration with architects and contractors, and permit drawings and submission.
