We’re excited to share that our latest residential project received a Reno and Decor feature in the national edition of Reno and Decor Magazine. The featured project was our Unionville Residence renovation, completed in collaboration with builder Joe Castellano of Castellano Construction. This recognition means a lot to our team because it highlights what matters most to us: creating homes that are both beautiful and practical.

A Home Designed for Real Life
The Unionville Residence began as an outdated home with strong potential. Our goal was to reimagine the space into something more functional, warm, and tailored to the way our clients live every day. That meant improving layout flow, maximizing storage, and introducing a clean contemporary style softened by Scandinavian influences. The final result feels calm, modern, and welcoming.

What Made This Project Special
From the first concepts to the finishing touches, this project was a true collaboration. Working closely with Joe Castellano and the homeowners allowed us to solve challenges thoughtfully and keep the design aligned from start to finish. The best renovations happen when designers, builders, and clients move in the same direction. This project was a great example of that.
Design Details Featured in the Article
Inside the magazine feature, you’ll see how we approached the home through a balance of style and function. We focused on clean architectural lines, natural materials, layered textures, neutral tones with personality, practical family-friendly layouts, timeless finishes that won’t age quickly. Every room was designed to look refined while still working beautifully in daily life.
Spaces We Loved Most
Some of the standout areas in the renovation include: the kitchen, redesigned for entertaining and efficiency, the mudroom and laundry area, where storage and style came together, the family living spaces, made brighter and more connected, the private bedroom areas, designed as calming retreats. You can also explore each space in more detail through our full Unionville reveal series.
Why Media Features Matter
Being recognized by Reno and Decor Magazine is always appreciated. But more importantly, it confirms that thoughtful design matters. When layout, function, and aesthetics are all considered together, the results stand out. That’s the standard we aim for in every project.
