Every renovation tells a story, and our Unionville Residence continues to be one we’re especially proud of. The home already had great bones. Our role was to unlock its potential. We created spaces that feel brighter, more connected, and better suited to modern family living.
Rather than following design trends, we focused on lasting solutions that would continue to feel beautiful for years to come. The new layout improves circulation throughout the home, while custom millwork, integrated storage, and carefully selected finishes create interiors that feel both refined and welcoming. Designed Around Everyday Living
Every room was designed with a purpose. The kitchen became the heart of the home, encouraging gathering and entertaining while offering generous workspace and practical storage. The mudroom and laundry room combine organization with thoughtful design details, while the living spaces feel brighter, more open, and naturally connected. Private areas, including the bedrooms, were designed as calm retreats where comfort and simplicity take centre stage.

One of the things we love most about this project is how balanced it feels.
Clean architectural lines meet soft textures throughout the home. Scandinavian-inspired simplicity is paired with playful moments of colour, while custom details add personality without overwhelming the space. Every design decision was made to support the homeowners’ daily routines while creating interiors that feel effortless and inviting.
